On Saturday evening, I was the moderator. But I came with my notepad. And I filled it. I had the privilege of moderating a workshop facilitated by two absolute powerhouses — Orifie Uyo and Brenda Unuavworho — and even in the role of moderator, I refused to just hold the microphone. I came to learn. And learn I did. The session was within a Christian women's community I belong to, and what was shared that evening was too good to keep to myself. I have already started working on what I took away. Not "I will start soon." Not "let me think about it." I have started. Because information without application is just entertainment. Here are a few of the lessons that stayed with me — and I want you to sit with each one honestly: 1. Let go of the need for certainty. You are waiting for clarity that may never come before you move. Move anyway. 2. Stop waiting to feel confident. Confidence is not a prerequisite for action. It is a result of it. 3. Excellence is not perfectionism. Perfectionism is waiting for every duck to align before you begin. Excellence begins — and refines as it goes. 4. You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. What have you actually put in place to support your movement? Not your intentions. Your systems. In the reel, I share a little more about what resonated with me personally and what I am actively working on this week. Watch it. Then come back and tell me — 👉🏾 What resonates most with you? 👉🏾 What are you going to do differently this week? Not what you are going to think about. Not what you are going to plan. What are you going to do? Have an amazing Monday and an even better week. 🙏🏾 Olamitoyosi Babatunde | School Head | Ordained Minister | Educator | Leadership Trainer | Published Author #MondayMotivation #GrowthMindset #ChristianWomen #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #Excellence #Systems #Confidence #KeepMoving #WomenInLeadership #Educators #DeliberateGrowth
