#Sikh pilgrims from India, who visited Pakistan for the 420th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Arjan Dev Ji and the annual Jor Mela, returned home praising Pakistan’s hospitality, religious freedom, and arrangements for pilgrims. The commemorations were jointly observed by Sikh pilgrims from Pakistan and India for the first time in 14 years, marking a significant moment for religious and cultural ties. During the farewell ceremony at Wagah, Punjab Minister for Minority Affairs Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to protecting minority rights and urged the reopening of the Kartarpur Corridor to strengthen people-to-people connections and promote religious harmony. The Kartarpur Corridor remains a unique symbol of cross-border faith tourism, allowing visa-free access for Sikh pilgrims to visit one of Sikhism’s holiest sites. #ReligiousTourism #KartarpurCorridor #SikhPilgrims #PakistanTourism #PunjabTourism #TourismInsights #CrossBorderTourism
