Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is expanding its AI leadership with the launch of the first native ChatGPT hotel app by a major economy and midscale hotel franchisor in the U.S. The new integration allows travelers to discover and explore over 8,400 hotels across 100 countries using conversational AI, map-based navigation, and smart filters directly within ChatGPT. Since 2018, Wyndham has invested more than $450 million in technology, becoming the first major hotel company to fully migrate to the cloud in 2020. Its AI-powered tools are already delivering measurable results, including reducing call center handling times by 7% and helping some hotels generate over $200,000 in incremental revenue.
