The April 2026 edition of Tourism Australia’s Hot List has been released. Highlighting new openings and immersive experiences from across the country here’s a glimpse of what’s included: • An elevated outback air journey along the Savannah Way from Broome / Rubibi to Cairns / Gimuy, by G'day Group Group and Australian Air Safaris, featuring stays at Undara’s ancient lava tubes, El Questro’s remote gorges and Kings Canyon’s dramatic cliffs; • The opening of Besa, which brings Spanish flavours and the vibe of Madrid’s electric underground scene to the heart of Bondi Beach; • A heritage-listed icon on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula, The Queenscliff Hotel has been reimagined as a boutique luxury retreat with twelve individually designed suites; • Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, a new full-serve coastal retreat on the Sunshine Coast, featuring 180 contemporary suites, a rooftop pool and ocean-view dining.
