The dream didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a decision. After 19 years working as a sales rep, I realised that I wanted to build something of my own. So in 2003, I took the leap and founded Cibosano Ltd. The goal was simple: -Work with the best producers. -Serve customers with care and pride. -Distribute high-quality Italian food across the UK. We started with charcuterie. Then came cheeses, sauces, oils, pastas, patisserie, and seafood. Every product is tied to a place. A region. A relationship. Today, Cibosano supplies some of the finest food retailers and restaurants in the country. We operate from a purpose-built chilled warehouse in Hertfordshire. And we also have a distribution hub in Scotland. Our name (Cibo + Sano) still says everything about what we stand for. Wholesome food. Delivered the right way.
