On MarketingTribune, our Brand Strategist Trudelies van der Poel and our Creative Director AI Henk Haaima dedicated their new column to Marshall McLuhan’s famous statement “the medium is the message”. It is not the content of a medium that is decisive, but the medium itself and how it changes human interaction and perception.   As we become more agentic, it’s fascinating to observe and feel how we shift from navigating to delegating, and how we move from systems to a more organic way of interacting through our LLMs.   At Total Design, part of Yuma, we master the art of branding (and we even have a method for this, called ‘Essentiality’) and, like our famous founders once did in the early 1960s, we pioneer new technologies.   BrandTech is so much more than a marriage of convenience.
