Monitor Deloitteに、今年も29名の新卒メンバーがJoinしました。 研修を終え、いよいよ現場のプロジェクトへ。 「AIの時代に、新卒をこれだけ採用する意味はあるのか？」 そう感じる方もいるかもしれません。 ですが、彼ら・彼女らはAIを“これから学ぶ世代”ではなく、AIを前提に思考し、使いこなすAIネイティブ世代です。 実際に、日々の業務の中でもAIを自然に活用し、驚くほどのスピードと生産性を見せてくれています。 これから彼ら・彼女らが、チームやクライアントにどんな価値をもたらしてくれるのか、とても楽しみです。 We are excited to welcome 29 new graduates to Monitor Deloitte. Now that they have completed their training, they are ready to begin their project assignments. Some may wonder whether hiring new graduates at this scale still makes sense in the age of AI. Our experience says yes. This cohort is truly AI native—they are already using AI effectively in their work and showing impressive productivity.
