A short observation. The SAP programs that deliver value are not the ones with the best plan. They are the ones with the best 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦. Reality intrudes. Scope shifts. Resources change. Markets move. The teams that pause, recalibrate and recommit every quarter outperform the teams that defend the original plan to the end. Plans are written once. Programs are steered continuously.
