Contar lo que hacemos en 7 minutos es fácil. Contar por qué lo hacemos ya es otra cosa. La semana pasada, nuestro equipo de RRHH participó en IT Networking Days 2026, organizado por la E.T.S.I. Informática - UMA, para presentar Torsa y conversar con estudiantes interesados en dar sus primeros pasos profesionales. En ese breve espacio explicamos quiénes somos y qué desarrollamos: tecnología propia que ayuda a nuestros clientes a trabajar con más seguridad, más control y lograr mayor rentabilidad en entornos industriales exigentes. Sistemas que previenen accidentes en minería, garantizan el cumplimiento normativo en el sector salud o agilizan la gestión de incidencias en logística. Ingeniería aplicada a problemas reales. Después de la presentación, el stand se convirtió en un punto de encuentro para hablar sin guion: sobre prácticas, sobre cómo es el día a día en la empresa y sobre qué perfil buscamos. Personas con base técnica sólida, criterio y ganas de asumir responsabilidad desde el principio. Explaining why we do it is something else. Last week, our HR team took part in IT Networking Days 2026, organised by the E.T.S.I. Informática - UMA , to present Torsa and connect with students interested in taking their first professional steps. In that short slot, we explained who we are and what we develop: proprietary technology that helps our clients operate with greater safety, tighter control and improved profitability in demanding industrial environments. Systems that prevent accidents in mining, ensure regulatory compliance in healthcare, or streamline claims management in logistics. Engineering applied to real-world challenges. After the presentation, the stand became a space for open conversations: about career paths, what day-to-day work looks like at Torsa, and the kind of profile we are looking for. People with solid technical foundations, sound judgement and the willingness to take on responsibility from day one.
