We’re still reminiscing about last week: 60+ torqies spent two days full of team spirit, sun, honest reflection and outdoor sports by a lake in Brandenburg 🌞 As a remote-first team, our company offsite is a cornerstone of our culture. Together, we looked back at the past year and discussed strategic topics like  - smart workforce planning, - clear communication,  - strong culture, - and knowledge sharing.  In the end, we turned our discussions into concrete next steps. Besides our retrospective, we spent plenty of time on outdoor activities like SUP, sailing, volleyball, football, table tennis or yoga. And after dark, as tradition demands, we gave it our all at karaoke. The highlight was our costume party, where everyone came dressed up as their childhood hero or villain.
