🌟Meet Harwin Kaur, our Lead Engineer,  SOEC Plant Development. "I migrated to Denmark from Malaysia in January 2023 and joined Topsoe in March 2023 as Lead Engineer within the SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cells) Plant Development Department. My role involves overseeing the engineering project from start of engineering until handover to the Factory team for my area of responsibility. My work is varied – I develop plans and coordinate timelines ensuring alignment with project timeline within the allocated budget. I work with R&D and suppliers to conduct performance evaluations, review technical documents, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams is key part of my job. I am passionate to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable solutions. Being part of the SOEC team truly fulfils my desire to pursue a career in this field to drive decarbonization and combat climate change. Topsoe’s people-centered approach creates a supportive, diverse and inclusive workplace where I truly feel valued, empowered and respected.
