#GuessHowMuch #ThousandWhat In just a week, the tender for the Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) site will close. The same plot, which previously included a Serviced Apartment #SA2 component, saw no bids when its tender closed on 19th June last year. With Springleaf Residence by #GuocoLand and #HongLeongHoldings (Upper Thomson Road - Parcel B) now more than 95% sold, this site is expected to attract stronger interest and participation this time around particularly given its closer proximity to Springleaf MRT and the removal of the #SA2 component. Separately, HDB has launched an Executive Condominium site at Woodlands Drive 17 for sale today, with the tender scheduled to close on 13th January next year.
