Since July this year, the market has seen strong take-up rates across all launches including LynderWoods, Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard, The Robertson Opus, Springleaf Residence, River Green, Promenade Peak, Canberra Crescent Residences, Skye at Holland, Zyon Grand, Penrith and Faber Residence. With inventories from the 2024 GLS tenders fast depleting, developers are expected to actively replenish their landbanks in preparation for launches beyond next year. This month will see three prime sites up for sale at Telok Blangah Road, Bukit Timah Road and Bedok Rise with each conveniently located within walking distance of their respective MRT stations. Given their excellent MRT connectivity, these three plots are likely to attract keen participation. The winning bids are likely to surpass $1,300 psf ppr. Will this year’s record of $1,432 psf ppr set by Sim Lian for the Holland Link site be broken? Also this month, URA is expected to release three sites at Dairy Farm Walk, Dover Road and Tanjong Rhu Road with tenders likely closing in the first half of 2026.
