Welcoming Wednesday wisdom waits with napkins in the cafeteria of peace at Conifer Health Solutions; wiped-up confusion, workplace laughs, and respect looking practical. Napkins bring us to respect. Respect is not only tone. Sometimes respect is cleanup. Cleanup after confusing instructions. Cleanup after too many acronyms. Cleanup after a process assumes everyone already knows the secret language. The librarians are especially helpful here. They remind us that access to information is part of respect. Can people find what they need? Can they understand it? Can they ask a question without feeling behind? That matters in revenue cycle, population health, and public health because unclear information can quietly become a barrier. Shade tip from the peace tree: napkins are humble infrastructure; mulch is basically a napkin for soil with better public relations. #AuraMatter #ConiferEmployee #DisabilityPrideMonth
