Dearest gentle reader, For the past 4+ years, I've kept saying yes to mediaire: inofficially at first, then through different roles, through growing responsabilities and a growing family of my own. More than loyalty, it's a decision. Today I serve as Chief of Staff to Andreas Lemke, sitting close to both, to the strategic direction and to the people who make it all real. All while we are in scale-up mode and the industry shifts at lightning speed. My takeways: 1. The reason I am still here is not the title or "career growth". It's conviction. Knowing we can build something meaningful. With little kids, time has become brutally (!) honest. More than ever, I feel what deserves my energy and what not. This does. 2. Some days are hard, some are heart-breaking. Maternal guilt is real, Leadership is messy. 🤯 3. None of this is a solo story. My wonderful mediairos (and I cannot possibly tag you all!!) who motivate me to do better and better. Our clients who carry great responsibility and want to push their field. Our investors who back us with long-term conviction. And most of all, my partner and my family, who quietly make the logistics of ambition possible. I don’t know what the next four years will look like.
