A toolbox with one tool is… not a toolbox. #PrideMonth is a good reminder that teams work best with range. Builders, finishers, challengers, steady voices, detail people, big-picture people. Different strengths. Different styles. Better work. But range only helps when people feel able to use it. When someone has to edit parts of themselves to fit the room, the room gets less of what they could bring. At TOMRA, Pride is not only about visibility. It is about continuing to build a workplace where people can speak plainly, contribute fully, and do good work as themselves. That is why we support employee-led communities like our LGBTQ+ employee resource group. Because the strongest teams do not ask everyone to fit the same shape.
