Our partner TRIMETAL had a clear ambition: recover high-purity stainless steel and secure access to critical metals in Europe. With the new FINDER™ COLOR, they’ve turned this ambition into reality. In 2025, TRIMETAL installed our new FINDER™ COLOR, a high-precision color sorting system designed for demanding metal applications – from cleaning stainless steel to recovering copper, brass and PCBs from complex streams. The system combines an ultra-precise RGB camera with AI-powered object singulation to identify and separate particles by color, size and shape, even when materials overlap or match the conveyor belt. At their site in Saint-Étienne, France, TRIMETAL is now one of the first recyclers to run this next-generation technology under real industrial conditions.
