I am incredibly proud to announce that Zendesk officially crossed $200M in AI ARR to close out 2025. While much of the industry is just talking about the potential of AI, we are delivering AI reality at a scale that is fundamentally different from anyone else in the market. We now have more than 20,000 customers actively using Zendesk AI, ahead of even our largest competitors. That scale matters.
