What an unbelievable birthday surprise from Mark, Hannah, Ryan, Casey and Adrienne. A fabulous 4 course meal cooked by Chamber member, Callum Irwin – Cooked by Callum - at our home. I am not a foodie but have had the pleasure of eating at some 5 Star and Michelin Starred Restaurants – this was easily on par with all of them and whilst the whole menu was unreal the the main course was without doubt the best plate of food I have ever eaten. Callum, who won Chamber’s Best Young Person in Business Award last year is professional, pleasant and without doubt an incredible young Chef. I have no hesitation in recommending Callum should you want to host a private dining event at home or a corporate event for your staff or clients. The family have set a very high bar for future birthday surprises!
