Echoing comments from my co-organisers Martin Brown and Mike K Smith, it was great to host the PSI Admin event on change management in moving towards the use of open source programming at the AZ Hub on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. While I am not the vanguard of open source programming, strategy and future planning within the statistical programming space enabling submission and exploratory analysis expertise are my North Star (keeping a sailing theme from the event). Thanks to all of the presenters; Andy Nicholls Kieran Martin Stuart Malcolm Yannick Vandendijck Sebastià Barceló Bauçà Colin Gillespie for nailing the brief and thankyou to everyone attended for the engaging discussion throughout the day, whether in the panel discussion, breakout groups or in networking sessions over coffee. I look forward to continuing these discussions at future events including the PhUSE EU Connect later this year
