It was a pleasure to share Deloitte’s latest insights and experiences on “How AI is revolutionising work” together with Steven Plehier during the CHRO Circle last week. We explored the powerful people promise of AI — how it can simultaneously address business challenges and unlock new opportunities for the workforce. Yet, realising this promise is no easy feat, especially given AI’s often silent but profound impact on employees and organisational dynamics. A key takeaway: understanding the workforce impact and organisational constraints is essential to crafting a fit-for-purpose AI adoption strategy that truly works.
