I came back to Deloitte Nederland. Not as an innovation consultant this time, but to support strategists to pursue their purpose. I challenged them to set smart goals by asking "If there were no restrictions on your role, what would you do for Deloitte?" Dream big, but then make your goals specific, taking advantage of your reticular activation system (RAS). Harnessing this law of attraction will help you spot opportunities to achieve your goals.
