Spent a day at Hillhead 2026 this week and it was a great opportunity to get out into the industry, meet people face-to-face and gain a better understanding of the markets we support. With so many exhibitors and visitors in attendance, there was plenty to see and even more to learn from the conversations taking place across the site. What stood out most was hearing directly from customers, OEMs and suppliers about the challenges and opportunities they are seeing today. It's easy to focus on products and technology, but events like Hillhead are a reminder that understanding the people, applications and industries behind them is just as important. The heat was certainly another memorable part of the day. Spending hours walking around a working quarry in temperatures into the thirties was challenging.
