Happy National Apprenticeship Week! Being an Apprentice at Caterpillar Inc. has been great since day one, I’ve been trusted with real responsibility and jobs from the start and supported to grow both professionally and personally by a lot of knowledgeable people throughout my journey! Beyond my day-to-day role, I’ve had the opportunity to broaden my experience rotating across different teams, becoming a STEM Ambassador, joining the Activate ERG, and taking part in CSR days within the local community. An apprenticeship isn’t just about getting a degree but everything that come alongside it like developing skills, and gaining meaningful, hands-on experience that will help shape your career. I’m proud and happy to be part of a company that invests in young talent and supports their development! Almost half way through my apprenticeship now too.
