Earlier this week, the Global Leadership Team came together in Singapore, combining strategic discussions with time on the ground with teams across the business.   A visit to the Toll Offshore Petroleum Services (TOPS) site provided a firsthand view of the work supporting offshore and maritime operations every day. At the Decarbonisation Hub, innovation, sustainability and operational expertise were seen in action, including through the Hydromover - highlighting how capabilities continue to evolve and support more sustainable logistics.   Equally important was the opportunity to connect with people across the organisation. Time spent with the team on site, along with an evening with leaders from across Asia, offered valuable perspectives and a deeper understanding of the work being delivered.   Together, these moments reinforced the strong momentum across the business and the role people play in driving progress every day.
