In the words of Colonel Hannibal Smith from the A-Team, 'I love it when a plan comes together'! Ok I get it, that may only resonate with those of us who grew up in the 1980's, but the point is this: It takes a team effort to drive any successful initiative. In the case of Dream It Do It Western New York it takes a strong collaboration among many organizations to drive success. Over the past two years Dream It Do It Western New York expanded into Erie and Niagara Counties while growing in the Southern Tier. Dream It Do It Western New York is an initiative started by Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier has expanded into a strong regional program whose purpose is to inspire students toward manufacturing careers that power a thriving manufacturing economy. The numbers tell a clear story that when organizations work together and collaborate regionally here in Western New York, really good things can happen.
