Mister Rogers always cared about people! I can’t wait to help build this much needed affordable housing project for Polk Communnity Development and a group I have worked to build a relationship with for more than 4 years! I remember hearing Rita Grady speak at Housing Oregon and she not only was a caring former teacher but started Polk CDC in 1989 with her and one half time person. She has been building safe and caring neighborhoods ever since! She has built an amazing team beside her over these years and they are expanding. We will break ground very soon and we will bring unique value as a neighbor who will live out our motto to, LISTEN—PARTER—and DELIVER!
