Modular business units will be built on the site. The location is currently known for its approximately 100-metre-high chimney, which is visible from several main roads and gives the site a recognisable profile within Delft. With this project, we are responding to the growing need for flexible workspace for SMEs and creative entrepreneurs in Delft. Layers Development offers a modular working concept with connectable and scalable units. A previous location in Delft has already proven itself and was sold within a short period of time. ‘Delft has a strong mix of entrepreneurship, knowledge and creativity.
