This Sunday at 8am on Easy Music 3MP for Sunday Celebrations, Grant Johnstone chats with Pop music legend @Leo Sayer. Leo began his musical career as an altar boy and at age 22 his career kicked off when he and drummer David Courtney formed a band they called Patches. It was in 1973 though when Leo produced his first solo album and his first hit "The Show Must Go On” that he skyrocketed and was playing to enormous audiences in the UK, Europe and America. When he arrived in Australia in 1974 for his first concert down under, Leo’s fans mobbed him. He has since spent nearly 50 years writing, producing and singing the soundtrack of pop music, with 15 albums, hits such as ‘One Man Band’, ‘Moonlighting’, ‘When I Need You’ ‘Thunder in my Heart’ and more….with more on the way.
