There I am again, sitting on my 6:11 a.m. train to Cologne, continuing to Bonn. A few weeks ago I still left the house in daylight. Today, my, due to my constant absence, increasingly saddened partner said goodbye to me at 5:15 a.m. in pitch darkness. And hey, I can tell you, also in our integration of Ipsos Deutschland and infas Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft GmbH we sometimes are making faster progress on some points and somewhat less quickly on others. We are learning many exciting and fantastic things, and here and there we encounter aspects where we can grow. Anyway, I like challenges. Perhaps this is due to my unbridled curiosity and thirst for new things. And I just hope that most of my colleagues at Ipsos Deutschland and infas Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft GmbH feel the same way. Because it remains my long-standing dream. infas Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft GmbH is the most impressive company in the industry in the German market. And Ipsos is, in my view, the same worldwide - the only one of the big players that still is independent. And this - you can feel it. The integration must and will turn out well. With some patience and much commitment. Thanks to everyone who has wholeheartedly gone along and supported the way so far.
