We are proud to announce that our work and processes have been certified by ISO! This certification under ISO 20252:2019 (Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics), underscores our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability of the business outcomes we provide to our clients. What did this involve? We have worked hard to complete the rigorous ISO certification process which wrapped up in May. This included comprehensive evaluations of our methodologies, data integrity, and operational efficiency. However, the journey was certainly worthwhile! What has changed or is changing? Across our 30 years of experience, Klein has continually worked on and perfected our data collection and project management processes. ISO certification recognises the rigour of the work we do 'behind the scenes' on projects, which drives the outcomes we deliver for clients. Even while we keep improving, the high quality of work and service we provide has, and always will be continue to be a constant.
