On International Yoga Day 2026, we came together across our offices, plants, sites and branch locations to reaffirm a shared commitment to health, wellness and mindful living. From energising desk yoga sessions to thoughtfully curated virtual workshops, employees across locations paused to reconnect with their well-being. Simple, practical techniques on posture, stress management and mindfulness made it easier to bring wellness into everyday work routines, while dedicated sessions on women’s health encouraged a more holistic approach to care. The energy, participation and positivity across the organisation made this celebration truly meaningful.
