This week, TKIL Industries, in collaboration with the NIPM Pune Chapter, hosted a workshop on "Transforming Education Through Industry Engagement" at our Pimpri manufacturing facility. The session showcased our people practices, sustainability initiatives, and business excellence processes, followed by a guided plant tour highlighting advanced manufacturing, digital transformation, quality systems, operational excellence, safety culture, and talent development. The discussions focused on strengthening industry–academia collaboration, enhancing student employability through experiential learning, aligning curricula with evolving industry needs, and preparing future-ready professionals with the right technical, behavioural, and leadership competencies.
