June is National Safety Month! We believe in doing the right things every day, even if they take a little longer, to enhance safety. Every single employee should leave work exactly how they came in; it is the job of the employee, their coworkers, and their site leaders to have a #SafetyFirstMindset. From PPE and proper signage to regular trainings, risk assessments, Gemba walks, and more, every site makes the effort to put safety first every single day. We also participate in Safety initiatives like #WeCare days to educate employees about health and safety inside and outside of the workplace. Another is #LeadersCare, an initiative empowering site leaders with healthy leadership mindsets and toolboxes for navigating topics like difficult conversations and situations with employee mental health and wellbeing.
