What does it really take to create a workplace where people feel they truly belong?   As Pride Month is underway, it offers an important opportunity to reflect on visibility, allyship, and the role we share in shaping inclusion at work. Because inclusion does not happen through good intentions alone. It is about maintaining a workplace where people are treated fairly and consistently, and where employment decisions are based on individual skills, experience, performance, and business needs. It takes leadership, consistency, and a genuine commitment to making belonging part of everyday working life.   With that in mind, we asked Jennifer Weier, our Head of Performance and Diversity Management at tk accelis in Essen, Germany, for her perspective. Through her role, she helps shape the practices and conversations that help support a respectful workplace where people are treated fairly and feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute fully based on their skills and experience.   We asked Jennifer three questions about belonging and the role leaders and colleagues play in building a workplace where everyone can thrive.   👇 Here is her perspective.
