The Land Title Practice Manual (Qld) (LTPM) has been updated. The primary updates relate to the changes in the Trusts Act 2025. Both the Form 4 – Request to record death; and Form 20 – Trust Details have been updated to reflect the changes. A summary of all LTPM changes is available via our website.
