Last week I was invited to celebrate the graduation of almost 75 of my colleagues from the 2024 @AIM Academy in Citi’s Analytics centre in India. The AIM Academy focuses on developing basic practitioners of different aspects of Analytics into advanced practitioners. It is a 10 month-long rigorous journey by design guided by 30 AIM Academy Trainers. It includes classroom sessions, hands-on assessments, contributing to solving current live business problems, interactions with industry experts and in-house coaching. Congratulations to AIM Academy 2024 Graduates & Coaches! Thanks to Debangana Sanyal, CSM®, Rahul Saxena, Vaibhav Shukla, Anubhav Goel and Ashik Sarsiha for leading the academies.
