Although this is a bit delayed, I didn’t want to miss the chance to reflect on a recent event. On Friday, 26th July, I had the privilege to speak at the second edition of GCC X…Summit 2024, organised by 3AI. I was also honoured to be selected for the AI 50 Makers - Most Influential AI & Analytics Leaders of 2024 award! The conference focused on the significant role of GCCs in driving innovation within their mother organisations, particularly out of India. Over the past couple of decades, GCCs have evolved from being a cost play to central drivers of innovation. Companies leveraging GCCs for analytics and other innovations have gained significant advantages. As digital transformation and AI advance, GCCs are set to play an increasingly important role. Special thanks to the 3AI team, and Sameer Dhanrajani for their support and inspiration. They have done a wonderful job in creating a networking platform for analytics and GCCs. Given how busy we all are, this was a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and peers.
