Culture moves cities. This week, it moves Berlin. Berlin is hosting the International Turkish Cuisine Week - held annually from May 21–27, both in Türkiye and around the world. This year's theme: "A Table Full of Cultural Heritage." The initiative, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, supported by Turkish Airlines and TITANIC Hotels Berlin, opened on May 20th with an exclusive gala dinner in TITANIC Gendarmenmarkt Berlin. The focus goes beyond the plate. Turkish cuisine is presented as a living, shared heritage - passed down through generations, shaped by migration, communal rituals, and centuries of gathering around the table.
