This weekend in the Dutch Newspaper 'de Volkskrant', and one line: an essay of Timor El-Diadiry about something he as Dutch diplomat experienced in the White House and something he experienced in elementary school. A story about bullies and followers, about a president, about a mole and a white-moustachioed man, about a handwriting that looks like it has been under a rolling pin, about Katniss Everdeen and Dorothy Gale, and especially about Mr. Han's (his primary school teacher) life lessons.     "Old diplomat Timo El-Dardirly is in the White House, sees the president and recognizes him - he's just like that kid on the schoolyard back in the days. We've talked enough about bullies by now, but let's not forget the cowardly followers either?" (Quote of the essay he wrote in the Volkskrant, July 4, 2026).
