Sr. Director of Global Logistics, Asset Management & Staging Lab | Problem Solver | Inclusive & Collaborative Leader

Just finished listening to the latest episode of the End-to-End Insights podcast where host Nicole Quigley talks with Steven DelCarlino (Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Services) about why private equity firms are treating supply chain as a core value creation lever, not an afterthought. One message really stood out: Supply chain is no longer just about moving products, it’s about enabling business strategy. Throughout my career in network deployment, logistics, and asset management, I’ve seen firsthand how the most successful organizations break down silos and think beyond individual functions. Procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, engineering, and operations all have to work together with a shared purpose. At Comcast, that means ensuring the right equipment is in the right place at the right time so our teams can continue building and supporting the networks our customers depend on. A few key takeaways from this episode that resonated with me: End-to-end visibility leads to better decisions, not just more data. Strong partnerships across the supply chain create resilience during uncertainty. Supply chain leaders have become strategic business leaders, balancing risk, cost, customer experience, and innovation. As our industry continues to evolve, technology will certainly play an important role, but it’s people, collaboration, and disciplined execution that truly drive results. Thank you to the End-to-End Insights team for an insightful conversation. Looking forward to future episodes and continuing the discussion around the future of procurement and supply chain leadership. Worth a listen. https://lnkd.in/gQhh2zqG What changes are you seeing in your organization’s supply chain strategy? #SupplyChain #Procurement #Logistics #Leadership #Operations #AssetManagement #NetworkInfrastructure #Innovation #ContinuousImprovement #Comcast #EndToEndInsights
