𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐧𝐞 valantic 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭. Since April 1, I have stepped into a new role at valantic. 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 Uwe Tueben, 𝐈 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐗 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. With around 900 colleagues across Europe and an army of AI agents, valantic CX enables customers to boost, elevate and inspire their business by creating impactful, data-driven digital experiences. 𝐖𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬. We offer business and technology consulting such as 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 (e.g. e-commerce), 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 (DXP), 𝐏𝐈𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐃𝐌, 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐑𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐃𝐏, 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜’𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 capabilities, ranging from the SAP suite to PLM and cybersecurity consulting, to name a few. The entire CX leadership team Florian Heidecke, Patrick Ganzmann, Nils Weber, Jelmer Spoelstra, Christoph Pschorn, Oliver Kraft, Reto Rutz, Pascal Menger, Slavy Slavov, Renaud Jamaer, Ines Eschbacher, Patrick Edelmayr, Stephan Siller, Dietmar Rietsch, Roland D., Christoph Münch, Sebastian Drickl, Marco Kahler, Matthias Thelen, Oliver Pretz, Eva Heid, Axel Augustinus, Michael Doss, made my onboarding incredibly smooth and created a strong feeling of coming home rather than starting anew. 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦, 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜’𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲 and driven by market opportunities and demands. 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐗 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. At the same time, this transition meant leaving my former Dream Team after 11 years. With Patrick Kuske, I experienced a level of alignment and mutual understanding that I would not have thought possible between co-leads. Over the past five years, together with Catherine D., Simon Stolle and Gregor Voigt, we built the valantic Corporate Development team into a high-performance environment with strong ownership and a culture that makes it a great place to work and a great team to work with. The team made the step easier, as I know the team is in excellent shape. Still, I already miss working with you all on a daily basis.
