Traveling is the best team building. It’s Monday morning and Daniel Barckhan, Alexander Charatzoglou, Sven Albani and me are on our way to Zalando in Berlin. I’m looking forward to two fruitful days with our partners. But my personal highlight on every trip: connecting with colleagues on a different level. Fun, late-night discussions. Intense debates.
