A few minutes can change how employees feel about a company. Someone stays late to finish helping a customer. Later, those extra minutes are removed or questioned. From an admin perspective, it may seem small. But for employees, it quickly becomes a trust issue. Time tracking is rarely just about time. It touches fairness, recognition, and consistency.
