Belgium will introduce mandatory time tracking from 2027. For many businesses, that probably sounds like “another new rule”. But in practice, it may also be a good moment to rethink how working hours are managed today. Many companies still rely on spreadsheets, manual corrections, or systems that employees don’t really trust. A clearer and more reliable process can reduce admin work and create more transparency for everyone involved.
