A lot of small and medium sized businesses are just as sick of LinkedIn and Indeed as Seekers are. They get ghosted, swarmed with Bots, and overwhelmed with apps that aren't anywhere near qualified. And it is expensive. They are leveraging different ways to find folks. *Local Facebook Pages *Targeted Social Media Ads *Community Events *Referrals *Churches Many have stopped all advertising. It doesn't work for them. The value of these channels are growing. Might be worthwhile exploring some of these avenues.
