Picture from Tuen Mun, a 45 minute buss ride from Central Hong Kong. Although I stunk, I had a Muay Thai Kickbox trainer that took me to his hometown when I lived there in 2011. He would wake up at 4 AM, do 300 sit ups, 300 push-ups and then go to work in the city until 11 PM. And then he would take the bus ride home. This picture reminds me of him, the work ethic of so many terrific men and women that I’ve met over the years.
