Process Intelligence Development Leader @ Ingka Services AB (An IKEA Retailer) | Doing the right things while doing things right

3 weeks on from Celosphere 2023, I wanted to write down a short overview of my thoughts form the event, and a longer article going into each session and conversation. Bringing so many practitioners of Process Mining together, to bring us to the future of Process Intelligence is so rewarding. So many people with so many learnings to explore, understand and incorporate into our own ways of thinking. A true realisation of “everyone you ever speak to knows something you don’t” Some thought-provoking presentations, the keynote, hearing from Sanna Marin and Oliver Bäte, from the finest detail to the broadest strategy, there was something for everyone. Magnus Wiberg was a superstar shepherding me around the conference. Thank you for all your help there Magnus! To watch the sessions from Celosphere, please look here: https://lnkd.in/dH2d_N3R There is a virtual event for Celosphere Online, 6th December, more details here: https://lnkd.in/dFCXH_bR   Learnings Poor data is not a reason not to start. It’s the reason you must start! The “Hub and Spoke” method of connecting your core competence to the reality of your business is resonating with a lot of different companies. Automation needs to be done in context. A slow, manual, bad process becoming a fast, automated, bad process is not necessarily the right move to make.
