Two Tilburg University students, Çağan Kılınç and Tiago David, won a national award for their solar-powered communication system for emergencies: Res-Q Net. It keeps emergency services operational for up to thirty days during a disaster. Çağan and David won the Enactus National Exposition 2026 in Utrecht and will represent the Netherlands at the Enactus World Cup in São Paulo, Brazil, competing against national winners from across the worldwide network. Enactus brings together ambitious young people who use entrepreneurship and innovation to tackle societal and environmental challenges.   Tilburg University is proud to see our students create real societal impact.
