As in previous years, TiE Houston is awarding a $100,000 TiE Angel Investment Prize, at the Rice Business Plan Competition, underscoring its commitment to backing high-potential founders. 🦉 The Rice Business Plan Competition (RBPC), hosted by Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship , is the world’s largest and richest collegiate startup competition, bringing together 42 global student teams to compete for over $1 million in prizes while gaining real investors. TiE Houston has supported RBPC for over a decade through mentorship, judging, and investor access. 💰 This year, TiE Houston nominated SA-Dynamics to the competition. We are holding a reception on Wednesday April 8 where atendees will meet the SolidAir Dynamics team and hear directly from the founders before they take the RBPC stage.
